Iryna Lambrianides is a strategic planning and transformation expert with over 12 years of experience driving organizational change, operational excellence, and business growth. She partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across business, academic, government, and nonprofit sectors to shape strategy, enhance operating models, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives.
Iryna brings experience in large-scale process optimization, workforce alignment, and change management. She has developed and implemented balanced scorecards, KPIs, OKRs, and custom metrics frameworks to drive performance, accountability, and impact. With a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, she brings evidence-based strategies and expertise in evaluation, survey research, and data analysis to drive informed strategic and tactical decisions and achieve measurable results. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Professional (CCMP).
